What is CellCount?

CellCount is free AI hemocytometer counting from a photo. Take a picture of the chamber with a phone at the eyepiece or a camera on the microscope, and CellCount finds the grid in the image by itself (if the rulings cannot be found, you place the crossings by hand), counts the clear and the blue cells, and gives trypan blue viability and cells per mL, with the dilution you set, in seconds. There is no scale to set. Every detected cell is marked on your own image, you can add, delete or flip any call, and nothing is final until a person accepts the count. One counting protocol is shared by the whole lab, and every accepted sample is dated, named and sealed with a hash.

Free plan, no card needed. Web app, nothing to install.
