Microsoft PC Manager is a useful addition to your toolbox. I'm sure it can get down in to nooks and crannies that even CrapCleaner was scared to dig in to. I don't see a registry cleaner, but it does have a handful of other tools. On the other hand you need to pay attention, and disable it's default "revert system settings, browsers and etc. when you first use it. I disabled all options that sounded like they might be used for telemetry, also. Anyway, pending Malware being discovered in it, I'm going to give it a thumbs up and keep using it for now. :)
