CatchTheMail

CatchTheMail is an AI email triage tool for freelancers, consultants and small business owners.

It works through forwarding rather than integration. Users get a private CatchTheMail address and set a single forwarding rule in Gmail or Outlook. There is no OAuth flow, no mailbox permission and no browser extension, so the service only sees the messages that are forwarded to it.

Each forwarded email is returned with a priority score, a short summary, an opportunity flag and a draft reply written in the language of the original message. Results appear on a dashboard with search, urgency filters and a separate view for opportunities.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is not used to train AI models. Accounts and their data can be deleted in one step.

Plans start at $16.99 per month for 100 analyses, with Pro at $27.99 for 600 and Team at $46.99 for 2,000. Annual billing costs ten months for twelve. New accounts include a 7-day trial with 50 analyses and no credit card.
