CallSheet: Crew Calls

CallSheet: Crew Calls is an app designed for independent producers, production coordinators, or assistant directors. It creates a shoot day call sheet and sends it to each crew member via a private link. It doesn't offer budgeting, bidding, script breakdown, or company dashboard features.

The app works offline and doesn't require an account or subscription. Users can add cast, crew, and contacts from their Apple Contacts or import from Google Contacts, Outlook, Numbers, or Excel. A Crew Directory feature allows users to save contacts for future use. The app supports various call types and includes details such as day, locations, meals, and equipment notes.

CallSheet has two unique features: it includes the sun's position on the call sheet and has a built-in site map editor. These features are not available in any other call sheet app.

CallSheet Pro, available for $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year, allows users to send call sheets to recipients. Each recipient receives a private link with the current PDF, and no app or account is required to open it. The app also includes delivery and confirmation tracking, change-aware revisions, and a browser app.

The app is free to download and includes unlimited local call sheets, the full editor, the Crew Directory, Sun Path, and a PDF export with a small "Made with CallSheet" line.

Crew and cast members don't need to download or sign in to anything. They simply open a private web link on their device.
