What is Bzzip?

Bzzip is a shared WhatsApp inbox for small businesses. Your whole team answers customers from one WhatsApp number, and an AI agent can take the routine questions for you.

It's built for shops, cafés, clinics, salons and service businesses that have outgrown passing one phone around, and that don't need an enterprise contact-center suite.

Shared inbox Everyone works in the same inbox, and you can always see who is handling each conversation, what has been answered and what is still waiting. New conversations show up for the whole team as soon as they arrive.

Assignment and internal notes You can take a conversation or hand it to the colleague who knows the answer. Notes on a conversation stay internal, so customers never see them. You can also @mention a teammate to bring them in.

AI agent that knows your business You write down your prices, hours, services and delivery area. The AI agent answers customers from that information in their own language. When it isn't sure, it hands the conversation to a person. If you bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, the AI agent is free.

Response-time targets Each workspace sets its own promise, for example "we reply within 2 hours". Every waiting conversation shows how much time is left, so you can see one going cold before the customer gives up.

Quick replies Answers you type ten times a day, like hours, address or payment details, become one tap.

Workspaces for multiple locations Each location gets its own WhatsApp number, team, knowledge base and response target, all under one login. Staff only see the location they work at.

Analytics See conversation and message volumes, median and worst-case first-reply times, and how locations compare. The numbers are real measurements, with no invented "time saved" or ROI scores.

Pricing You can start free with no card, and the team size is unlimited on every plan. Paid plans cost $39, $67 or $139 per month, charged per business rather than per seat.
