  1. Requires Flash. Yes, that Flash. You know, from the 90s?
  2. Brutally user-hostile "free trial" – live mobile devices have a 1 minute time limit. Devices do not even boot up in 1 minute, and once you burn your minute on a device watching it partially boot, you can never use that device again during the trial.
  3. Really fast customer support, I guess, although they can't do anything for you, so … yeah. That.

Used to be good a few years back but it appears it's utterly broken now. Couldn't get a single window to connect but the 400 tracking tools they embedded all ran fine, it seems... SMH
