What is Browser Chooser 2?
Browser Chooser 2 is a small tool acting as the default browser allowing you to choose what browser or other tool to open any given link in.
It is a fork from the original 
Browser Chooser which as of 2013 appears unmaintained. It gives you the flexibility to choose what browser to use for any given task. It is developed in VB.Net.
Responsive Detects your installed browsers, lets you arrange things the way you want it.
Multi-Purpose Not limited to browsers, and not limited to HTML files. Advanced features creates a super-open-as tool.
Automatic URLS Automaticly open certain URLs such as Intranet sites in the same browser.

Functions perfectly on my work-administered Windows 10 laptop! Portable app, so doesn't even require installation or admin privileges. I was able to set specific URLs to open in specific Chrome profiles by adding a new browser in the app and setting the relevant target directory arguments.
This has made my life so much easier!
