Broch

Self-hosted HTTPS tunnels expose local services and receive webhooks through your infrastructure, with OIDC SSO, deny-by-default policies, user attribution and JSON audit logs. A cross-platform CLI supports request inspection and replay for local webhook debugging.

What is Broch?

Broch is a secure tunneling platform deployable on personal infrastructure, allowing developers to share local services via HTTPS or accept webhooks through a CLI command. Tunnels operate through a server in your cloud account, removing third-party traffic. Each tunnel is linked to a user in your identity provider like Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, or any OIDC provider. The default policy is denial, allowing admins to control tunnel creation based on role, network or header rules. All activities are recorded in a JSON audit log, which can be sent to your monitoring or SIEM.

Broch can be deployed as a VM that generates and renews its wildcard TLS certificate. Deployment can be done from the Azure Marketplace, Azure Bicep, AWS CloudFormation or Docker Compose on any Linux host. The CLI is compatible with macOS, Linux and Windows, and includes a local request inspector with replay for webhook debugging.

Broch Share's pricing is based on the number of active users per month, defined as anyone who opens a tunnel in that month. There are no additional costs for per-tunnel metering or overages. A free trial is available.
