What is Bookibles?

Bookibles is an appointment booking platform for salons, studios, freelancers and other independent service businesses.

Each business gets a public profile at bookibles.com/yourname listing its services, prices, photos, business hours and location, with a booking button customers can use straight away and no separate website to build. Businesses can offer fixed time slots based on weekly hours and service duration, with occupied-slot protection to prevent double booking, or accept flexible free-text requests for work where scope, travel or duration needs manual coordination.

Bookings are confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled from a dashboard. Automatic emails go to both the business and the customer when a booking is made, confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled, plus a reminder four hours before the appointment. Google Calendar sync keeps confirmed appointments in the calendar the business already uses. A private real-time chat connects each customer with the business for arrival details, timing changes and questions. Dashboard summaries cover booking statuses, repeat customer patterns and estimated booking value.

Availability is set in the business's own time zone, with recurring weekly hours that hold their local time across daylight-saving changes.

Published businesses also appear in the Bookibles Explore directory, searchable by service, name or location.

Free plan covers 2 services and 50 bookings per month. Pro is $14/month or $120/year for 10 services and unlimited bookings. Max is $25/month or $200/year for unlimited services.
