What is BloomsEye Studio?

BloomsEye Studio is a garden planner for ornamental beds. Place plants to scale in a 2D plan or a 3D view, then press play to watch the bed change month by month through the year, with a bloom calendar for every plant, so gaps in bloom show up before anything is planted.

The plant library holds 1,718 plants and is being source-checked one at a time against botanical references such as the RHS, Missouri Botanical Garden and NC State Extension, with each claim recorded next to its source. The running count is published on the BloomsEye website and moves as the work does.

A finished garden opens as a link that anyone can view in a browser without an account. A shopping list turns the plan into a buy list. Vegetables were added in September 2026, with more plants arriving through the winter.

Free to use, with a cap of five hand-placed plants per garden. Premium removes the cap for $4.99 a month or $35.99 a year. Web app; works in any modern browser.
