I have not personally used this service but a pushy sales rep did approach my business with tablet and contract in hand, ready to go. A nearby Barber shop had tried them first but did they did not feel the program was effective in it's design and approach. When they tried to cancel service, they were told they never opted for the cancellation option (which was never offered.) They were given the run-around, including hangups. Finally they were told they had to put the tablet out for customer use for at least another 30 days, to give it another chance. After almost 6 months of this, then they were told they had to complete a termination survey before the equipment would be accepted back on return and payments stopped. Overall, they try harder to make it impossible to cancel then they did to make it work in the first place!
