Bazaar
What is Bazaar?
Bazaar is a tool for helping people collaborate. It tracks the changes that you and other people make to a group of files - such as software source code - to give you snapshots of each stage of their evolution. Using that information, Bazaar can effortlessly merge your work with other people's.

Said about Bazaar as an alternative
Bazaar makes so much more sense that Git, and is easier to know what you are doing.

If ease of use is what you're looking for - maybe because your co-workers are lazy ;) - Bazaar may very well be the best place to start. It comes with a GUI out-of-the-box, so complaints about the command-line are nullified from the get-go.
Unfortunately, IDE integration isn't quite ready yet, compared to SVN for example.
Do you (or anyone else) know of any Bazaar clients for OS X other than the one that comes with the installer?

No, sorry. Bazaar has been kind of abandoned anyway, so you're better off using something like Mercurial in combination with TortoiseHg.
