BandVolt is a band management and music collaboration app built for working bands. It replaces the usual stack of WhatsApp threads, Google Drive links, and spreadsheets with one shared workspace.

Upload demos and mixes at full quality (never compressed). Every version is labelled and dated. Feedback is pinned to the exact second on the waveform, with threads, votes, and resolve when notes are actioned. Quick Compare lets you A/B mixes at the same playback position, with optional loudness matching so the louder bounce doesn’t win by default.

Full file and folder functionality to let users keep their own structure of other files not related to their songs.

AI Mix Summary turns long comment threads into clear action items. Mix Health scores release-readiness (loudness, clipping, stereo issues). Beyond the studio, bands get setlists with key/BPM/lyrics and printable stage sheets, a shared calendar for rehearsals and gigs, organised file storage, a shared finances ledger, and a free public Electronic Press Kit for bookers and press.

Invite band members once - everyone sees the same songs, versions, and schedule. Premium adds external collaborators (producers and mix engineers), more workspace slots, content transfers, more storage, and unlimited public song/collection links.

BandVolt is not a DAW and not a social music network. It’s the ops and mix-review layer for bands who already write and record together. Basic is free (no card). Premium is priced per band, not per seat.
