it's simple and has cool effects
Downloaded this from 2 different sources and it just keeps crashing on Windows.
A little too simplistic and modal in its approach (once you enter an editing mode, you can't leave without applying -something-) but this may be due to it being (as of this post) at v0.10. Certainly won't say never; will check back periodically to see how the app progresses.
