What is Axiospec?

Axiospec is cloud calibration management software for small and mid size manufacturers, calibration labs, and quality teams working under standards like ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, AS9100, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.

It keeps every instrument, calibration, and certificate in one place. Due dates recalculate automatically when a calibration is logged, technicians capture as-found/as-left readings at the bench or on the shop floor (iOS and Android apps with QR scanning, online or offline), and every event is written to a tamper-evident, hash-chained history with timestamps and e-signatures. Audit day is one click: export a complete evidence pack (PDF and CSV) for any instrument or the whole facility, with an integrity verification page.

The calibration form and certificates adapt to the standards you select: an ISO/IEC 17025 workspace adds measurement uncertainty, decision rule, and traceability fields. All four AIAG MSA studies (Gage R&R, bias, linearity, and attribute agreement) run inside the app, and per-instrument metrology insights compute TUR and a reliability-based recommended interval from your own calibration history. A tool crib tracks who has each tool and when it is due back, and multi-site workspaces roll compliance up per site.

Migration is self-serve: import a gage list and calibration history from CSV or Excel with inline validation, usually in an afternoon. Pricing is flat per workspace with unlimited users on every plan, and the free plan includes the full platform for up to 50 active assets. A live demo runs in the browser with no signup.
