This program consists of many significant minuses and CANNOT be a worthy alternative to any video player.
Minuses: 1) there is NO miniature preview window on the timecode;

there is NO memory of the last timestamp of watching/listening to the file (the moment from which the user stopped watching the video or listening to audio);

there is NO technology to improve the quality of videography, like PowerDVD (advanced) or VLC (primitive);

interface is NOT intuitive;
STUPID playback speed setting - NO more than +/- 25%. VLC - 150%, Microsoft MP - 200%, Light Alloy - 3200% (in 32 times);
i RARELY complain about this - ugly design
Pluse - opens WMV and TS files, unlike PowerDVD and MMP.
