Avanquest Connection Manager (ACM) cannot manage a HUAWEI HSPA+ E1820 Internet-USB-Modem In the Avanquest Connection Manager you cannot choose a HSPA+ E1820 Internet-USB-Modem as a network connection, and you cannot change the computer name. Both is possible with Quick Config. So I changed back to Quick Config, in spite of its casual instability. The best stable network manager is NetSetMan, which, however may not be used for free in a commercial environment.
