What is Auto-Scheduler?
Auto-Scheduler is a task manager that schedules tasks based on priority, due date, and estimated duration. It automatically places these tasks into an open slot on your Google Calendar. This makes your calendar the central place for you to check your next task.
You can separate work hours from personal hours. The scheduler respects this boundary, filling gaps between existing meetings rather than overwriting them. Tasks that can't be completed in one sitting are split across multiple slots. Additionally, tasks can be marked as prerequisites for others, ensuring dependent tasks are scheduled only after the completion of the initial task.
If priorities change or a task runs over time, rerunning the scheduler updates the plan from the current standing point. This ensures the calendar remains in sync with reality. Sign-in is via a Google account and the calendar sync is one-way, so existing calendar events remain untouched except for the events Auto-Scheduler creates.
