What is AthX?
AthX is a skill-based sports trading platform where fans buy and sell fractional shares in professional athletes and teams. MLB player and team shares are live today. AthX NFL player and team share IPO listings are planned for September 6, 2026.
Unlike daily fantasy sports (DFS) contests that take prize-pool rake, AthX uses trade-based fees (typically around 1–4%) and a portfolio model. Eligible holdings may earn monthly dividends. Projections and fantasy scoring come from AthX Engine (AthX’s projection and scoring system).
AthX is available on the web and Android (Google Play). It is not a sportsbook and is not gambling—outcomes are based on real sports performance and your trading decisions within platform rules. Available in select U.S. states.
