At Your Services App is a web-based volunteer scheduling application for nonprofits, ministries, museums, food pantries, schools and community groups — the organizations running a recurring roster on a spreadsheet, a paper sign-up sheet, or a group text.

Volunteers sign themselves up. You post the shifts once — daily, weekday, chosen days of the week, or a monthly pattern, plus dated multi-day events that can return next season — and people claim and cancel their own spots in a few taps from any phone browser. There is nothing to install, and they sign in with an emailed link, so there is no password to remember. One account can cover a family or a whole crew.

Every shift shows how full it is, so gaps are visible weeks ahead instead of on the day. Per-activity maximums stop over-scheduling. You can lock a fully-staffed shift or cancel a single date without touching the recurring plan behind it, and cancelling an occupied shift emails everyone on it with your reason and tells you who could not be reached.

Day-of check-in records who arrives — from a front-desk tablet, the volunteer's own phone, or the roster — and that feeds the reports: monthly, quarterly and annual volunteer hours by account, program or person, scheduled hours beside check-in hours, an estimated economic value, and a capacity and fill-rate report showing which programs are under-subscribed. Print it or export CSV.

Also included: printable check-in sheets, optional sign-up confirmations and pre-shift reminders with add-to-calendar files, role-based privacy enforced on the server, as many Supervisors and Administrators as you need, an administrator audit trail, and your own name, colors and logo. No third-party advertising is ever shown to your volunteers.

Pricing: the software is free — there is no license cost. Self-host it on your own infrastructure, or we run your instance at pass-through infrastructure cost (typically $10–40/month depending on size and email volume). Setup and onboarding for small nonprofits are currently free.
