Arcway

Arcway is a travel itinerary app built around your inbox. Every traveller gets a personal Arcway email address: forward a flight, hotel, train, bus, ferry, car rental or tour confirmation to it, and Arcway reads the details (times, seats, terminals, booking codes, addresses, prices) and files them into the right trip. No templates and no typing; PDF tickets are read too. If the email isn't to hand, you can upload the PDF or a screenshot, or paste the text.

Each trip gets a map with flights, train lines and numbered stays, next to a day-by-day timeline where every time is local to where it happens. Arcway notices gaps, like a night with nowhere to stay or no way from the airport into town, and warns you when the clocks change on the way. Also included: • Reminders by email when check-in opens, when to leave for the airport, and when your passport, a visa or an arrival card needs attention • Boarding passes and PDF tickets attached to their booking, available offline • A private calendar feed for Google or Apple Calendar • Trip costs converted to your currency • Shared trips: invite fellow travellers, or send a read-only link to people at home • Photos per stop, and a story of the trip to play back or share • Travel stats: days away, countries, kilometres flown and over land
