Just visited the site - the "latest" app listed was submitted more than 3 months ago, the next "latest" app listed was added more than 2 years ago!

It doesn't seem possible to signup/login via Twitter - the site doesn't seem to integrate/connect with Twitter's backend correctly.

The site's blog isn't accessible, and their most recent Tweet was in 2012.

So to me, it looks like this site isn't maintained/is now defunct?

What is Apps and Oranges?

Apps & Oranges helps people find and recommend the best apps for getting stuff done. It's social Q&A: Question & Apps.

Apps & Oranges aims to answer questions like: What's the best to-do app on the web? and What's the best RSS reader for Android? Once you register and login (via Facebook or Twitter), you can pose your own questions to find that specific type of app you're looking for.

Apps & Oranges is currently in beta and invite-only; signup requires a Facebook or Twitter account.
