    LanguageTool can use n-grams statistical checking along with checking with neural network (by means of word2vec data).

    Both features are optional but definitely worth it to read the docs (there're "Help" buttons in "Text Checking Options" dialog) and download required data (additional ~10GB) to kick them in. A bit of effort will pay you off.
