Another Session

Another Session is for solo coaches, tutors and instructors who care deeply about the people they work with, but do not want admin getting in the way of that relationship.

It brings clients, sessions, notes, payments, packages, reminders and follow-up into one calm place, so you can remember what happened last time, what someone is working towards and the small details that make them feel seen.

After a session, you can quickly capture your thoughts or use AI to turn rough notes or a voice note into something useful. You can track package balances and payments, create Stripe payment links, send reminders by WhatsApp or email, and keep your schedule synced with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

The real value is not simply being more organised. It is walking into every session prepared, following up when it matters and giving each client the feeling that they are remembered, supported and important.

Another Session helps solo professionals spend less time piecing everything together and more time being the coach, tutor or instructor their clients came to them for.
