Animated Banner Maker

ABM is perfect for creating professional animated web banners to display on-line. Its use is similar to old Macromedia Flash, current Adobe Animate.

What is Animated Banner Maker?

Animated Banner Maker animates images, text, and polygons in a vectorial frame-by-frame layer-by-layer fashion similar to Adobe Animate. Create impressive animated banners to render in the web browser. Export your animated banners to 256 colors GIF or True Color WebP. Support for all common image formats including PNG and 32-bit transparent PNG. Text is rendered from antialised high definition fonts. Transformations include change of position, size, color, rotation, and transparency for all supported objects.

With ABM you can create animations with basic storyboards and complex storyboards. There is no other tool that I know of capable of creating frame-by-frame animations similar to what Flash could do but without the extra 2D features.
