This hasn't been updated for over a decade. And yet there is nothing to touch it in terms of ease of use, simplicity of form, effectiveness. I use this app all the time and have done since I've been using iPhones. It's versatile, it can poke you (as a nagger) as a routine sorter (do this every Monday at 2pm) or drinking water breaks (remind me to take a break for 10 mins every hour for 8 hours). It is FREE, you pay only to support it and get more sounds.
