Although it is commercial... I was happy to use it: this was the only solution to sync contacts and calendars betwwen my PC and my windows phone. MS provided solution (thru outlook.com or Office 365) does not sync all the contacts info!!! Without it my nice widows smartphone was just a decorative object...
