AI ReFounder is an AI voice agent built for ecommerce stores. It adds a voice call button to the storefront: shoppers tap it and talk to an agent that knows the store's catalog, prices, and availability, answers their questions, and guides them to complete the purchase — around the clock.

Unlike general-purpose voice bots, AI ReFounder is built around ecommerce selling. On Shopify it installs as an app from the Shopify App Store and syncs the catalog automatically; stores on other platforms add it with a JS embed, connect a product feed, and can also give the agent a dedicated phone number (US/Canada) with call transfer to their team. A built-in dashboard shows every call with its transcript and recording, the conversion rate, caller sentiment, and the revenue attributed to calls.

It is optimized for conversion rather than ticket deflection: 40% of handled calls convert to orders, measured in production. The agent speaks 9 languages, remembers returning shoppers on Shopify, and can be connected to the store's own systems through custom actions for order tracking, returns, and cancellations.

Pricing is pay-as-you-go at $0.55 per minute with 10 free minutes to start — no subscription or monthly minimum.
