What is AI Flip Room?

AI Flip Room is a virtual staging software for real estate listings. Users can upload a photo of a room or backyard, choose a style, and receive a staged image within 15-60 seconds. There's no need for 3D software, waiting for a designer, or per-photo invoices.

The software checks each render automatically to ensure the room's real architecture is maintained. Any render that fails this check is regenerated. If a clean pass isn't achieved, the best attempt is flagged as a draft.

The software offers 62 styles (52 interior and 10 outdoor), works with phone photos, and includes object removal. It offers 2K and 4K export and a commercial license on paid plans. Each generated image includes a disclosure in its metadata.

Pricing options include a free plan with 3 lifetime renders, a Room Pack at $9 for 20 renders, a Pro plan at $39/month for 250 renders, and an Agency plan at $89/month for 1,000 renders.

The software is ideal for listing agents, house flippers, property managers, and homeowners. It's important to note that virtual staging must be disclosed in most markets, and rules differ by regulator. Guides are available on Ontario MLS rulebook, California statute, and British Columbia's regulator guideline.
