Anyone on the team submits an NDA or contract with a slash command or bot message. AeroSpark's AI reads the document, extracts the key terms, and checks them against your legal playbook. Low-risk agreements get flagged for fast approval; anything unusual (non-standard terms, counterparty redlines, missing protections) is surfaced with specific, cited concerns so reviewers know exactly where to look. Counterparty markups are handled automatically: tracked changes are detected, summarized, and reviewed against policy. AeroSpark proposes changes that match your specific contract playbook guidelines.
Reviewers approve, reject, or request changes right from the review card: no separate portal, no new login. Approved documents flow onward automatically: send for signature via DocuSign, or file the final copy to SharePoint or Google Drive.
