Raycast shifts AI plans to credits and adds Max for heavy use

Raycast is moving its AI plans from rate limits to monthly AI Credits while retaining the $10 Pro and $20 Pro+ subscription prices, and it has added a $50-per-month Max tier with 7,500 credits.

With the latest update, v2.3, the company also rebuilt AI Chat for multi-step tasks that can use extensions, write and run code, check results, and pause for decisions.

Moreover, paid subscribers can now connect Claude or ChatGPT subscriptions for use in AI Chat, Quick AI, and AI Commands.
