Ente Locker brings in-app paper scanning with encrypted PDFs

Ente Locker now lets users scan paper documents in the app, review multi-page captures, and save them as a single PDF in a selected collection.

The scanner detects page edges and captures pages automatically, without requiring a separate scanning app. Page detection runs on the device, and the PDF is encrypted before it leaves the phone.

Ente says its implementation builds on FairScan's open-source document segmentation model for Android and iOS.
