Things 3.23 adds early completion and flexible rescheduling for repeating to-dos

Things 3.23 introduces more flexible repeating to-dos, allowing users to complete them early or easily reschedule individual tasks with Make Exception or Update Rule options.

Generated copies of repeating to-dos are now visually marked with a repeat icon, and the setup dialog has been redesigned for improved usability.

This update also unifies the codebase for editing and displaying to-dos across Mac and iOS.
