bitchat adds offline Android app sharing with direct device transfer

bitchat now allows Android users to transfer the app directly from one device to another using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, without needing an internet connection.

This peer-to-peer method ensures the transfer is private and local only.

The feature is currently available on GitHub and will be added to the Play Store in a future update.
