Wayfire 0.11.0 adds improved fractional scaling and Xwayland HiDPI support

Wayfire 0.11.0 features improved fractional scaling using floating-point geometry, delivering crisp rendering at non-integer display scales for many modern applications.

The update introduces Xwayland HiDPI support, allowing X11 windows to use native resolutions for sharper text.

Color management is also enhanced, with per-output ICC profiles and HDR rendering now available for supported hardware.

Additional improvements include expanded Vulkan effects, easier plugin management, and broader protocol support.
