Claude adds reflect feature with monthly recaps and privacy controls
Claude has introduced a 'Reflect' feature that offers monthly recaps on when and how users interact with the chatbot, now accessible via Settings.
The tool excludes incognito chats and health integration content to protect user privacy, relying only on data from standard chats.
Users can review their activity from the past 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, and the dashboard is currently in beta on Free, Pro, and Max web and desktop plans.
