Huawei unveils HarmonyOS 7 with 15% faster performance and upgraded AI

Huawei has launched HarmonyOS 7, promising over 15% performance improvement compared to the previous version.

The update introduces expanded Agentic AI features, including a smarter system assistant with generative AI and deeper integration for in-app commands. Users will also see refreshed UI elements with new 3D spatial effects and immersive lighting.

The developer beta is available now, while the full release is planned for this fall.
