Gleam v1.17.0 introduces BEAM escript support and improved language server features

Gleam v1.17.0 introduces the ability to export BEAM escripts, allowing developers to compile projects into single executable files for Erlang environments.

The release also expands language server support with document highlight features and enhanced record update hover information.

Additional updates include todo expressions in constants, improved code actions, and context-aware type warnings. Several minor security issues in the build tool have also been addressed.
