Alpine Linux 3.24.0 released with key package updates and installer improvements

Alpine Linux 3.24.0 is now available, bringing significant upgrades to GRUB, LLVM, Rust, GNOME, KDE Plasma, Qt, and other core packages.

The installer now offers Limine boot loader support, built-in IPv6, and enhanced serial console configuration for smoother deployments.

Python setuptools was updated to 82.0.0, removing the deprecated pkg_resources module, which may require project migrations.

The release also adds the COSMIC desktop environment to the community repository and continues deprecating older GTK and Qt packages.
