Claude Code launches auto mode for automated file and bash permissions
Claude Code now offers auto mode, which automates file write and bash command permission approvals using a built-in classifier. Safe actions execute automatically, while potentially destructive ones are blocked without user input. This feature is available as a research preview on the Team plan, with Enterprise and API rollout coming soon.
