Ardour 9.1 fixes editor pane, adds MIDI note chase and duplication

Ardour 9.1 restores proper Editor pane behavior, addressing a significant flaw from the 9.0 release. The update also introduces MIDI note chase and note duplication features, expanding creative options for users. Additional improvements enhance region selection, pitchbend display, overall session management. Critical stability fixes and updated German, Italian, and French translations are included.
