1Password to raise subscription prices for individual and family plans by up to 33%

1Password will increase subscription prices starting March 27th, 2026, according to an email sent to users.

The individual plan will rise from $3.99 to $4.99 per month and from $35.88 to $47.88 per year, while the family plan will rise from $6.95 to $7.99 per month and from $59.88 to $71.88 per year. In both tiers, the annual price change is $12, and the new rates apply at the next renewal if it occurs after March 27th, 2026, meaning the subscription will increase by as much as 33%.

1Password said its pricing has stayed largely unchanged for many years while the product expanded in features and security, and that the increase will support continued investment in innovation and security. The company pointed to recent additions like saving logins and payment details, phishing protection, and faster device setup.
