Shelly 3.2.0 fixes Flatpak, AUR and AppImage issues

Shelly-ALPM 3.2.0 fixes the Flatpak regression on Arch Linux, including elevated-operation handling that preserves the invoking user's session context, and adds a command to repair Shelly directory ownership.

The release also resolves AUR build issues with computed architecture lists and Git source races, while correcting installed-version, status and date reporting in package results.

AppImage integration now removes superseded launchers and supports embedded update information and zsync control files, while users can downgrade multiple packages in one transaction.
