Linux Lite 8.2 Final ships with kernel 7.3 and gaming option

Linux Lite 8.2 Final is now available, based on Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS with XFCE and LightDM. The minor release includes Linux Lite's custom 7.3-based Advanced Performance Kernels, with the default linuxlite kernel tuned for general desktop use.

An optional linuxlite-gaming kernel adds full preemption and the BORE scheduler modification for gaming and timing-sensitive workloads.
