PhotoFlare 1.7.5 adds ARM packages and macOS fixes

PhotoFlare 1.7.5 adds ARM support for Linux .deb packages and fixes macOS crashes triggered by certain filters, while improving installer dependency bundling.

The release also adds Polish translation support, updates Japanese and German translations, switches Preferences to theme selection, and updates G'MIC to 4.0.5.

Separately, the project announced PhotoFlare Studio, a planned commercial editor with layers, blend modes, libmypaint brushes, and non-destructive editing.
