PowerToys 0.97 brings Command Palette UI upgrade, new CursorWrap tool and CLI features

PowerToys 0.97 has been launched, bringing a major Command Palette update and introduces CursorWrap for multi monitor setups. Command Palette adds a Personalization tab for background images and color tinting, plus fallback ranking so you can reorder results per extension. A built in PowerToys extension also lets you run utility actions from the palette, like toggling Light Switch or switching FancyZones layouts.

Command Palette now supports Peek for file and folder previews, plus Pinyin input and a built in Remote Desktop extension. The Web Search extension adds custom search engine options, and drag and drop support lets File Indexer and Clipboard History move content from Command Palette into other apps.

The new CursorWrap tool wraps the cursor to the opposite edge of the active monitor when it crosses a screen boundary. PowerToys 0.97 also expands CLI support to FancyZones, Image Resizer, and File Locksmith, and includes a faster Quick Access flyout, an optional monochrome tray icon, Light Switch improvements, and Advanced Paste updates.
