Notion 3.2 rolls out AI notes & agents on mobile, updated models, people directory & more
Notion 3.2 has been released, delivering a major update to this productivity and note-taking platform. The latest version introduces AI notes on mobile; users can now start AI-powered transcriptions with a single tap, even when switching apps or locking the screen. These transcriptions are automatically summarized into action items and shareable documents in seconds.
At the same time, all Notion AI agent capabilities are now available on mobile. Tasks such as building forms, creating databases, and searching organization-wide knowledge, previously limited to desktop, can be performed from your phone.
Building on this, Notion 3.2 adds updated AI models, including GPT-5.2, Claude Opus 4.5, and Gemini 3. Users may also choose to let Notion automatically select the most suitable model for each task. For enterprise customers, new AI usage analytics give administrators detailed visibility into feature adoption, engagement, and where users find value.
Following these AI enhancements, the release debuts a customizable People Directory to track everyone in a workspace, with import options from human resources systems. Improved Jira integration now enables seamless two-way syncing, dashboard creation, and direct editing of Jira fields from within Notion. In response to user demand, the update also allows managing multiple email addresses under a single Notion Mail account. Finally, the release brings further performance improvements and additional enhancements.
