NewPipe 0.28.1 update improves playback, metadata, and SoundCloud support

NewPipe 0.28.1 introduces notable playback improvements, including the return of original audio as the default language and fixes for player state handling. Audio downloads in OPUS format now include embedded metadata such as artist, title, genre, and date.
