ElevenLabs rebrands Conversational AI to ElevenLabs Agents
ElevenLabs has renamed its Conversational AI platform to ElevenLabs Agents, an end-to-end platform to build, launch, and monitor AI agents that talk, type, and act across phone, web, and apps. Since launch, users have created over 2 million agents that have handled more than 33 million conversations.
The company has announced upcoming features, including a visual workflow builder, simulation tests, expressive voice modes, and new integrations with Google Calendar, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
