ChatGPT projects now available to free users with more file uploads

ChatGPT's projects feature is now accessible to free users, expanding access beyond paid plans. File upload limits have increased per project, with free users now able to upload up to five files and higher limits for paid tiers. Users can also customize projects with color and icon choices and manage memory controls for each project.

The update is live on web and Android, with iOS support rolling out soon.
